Not talk therapy. Not coaching.
This is inner work.
This work isn’t about self-improvement—it’s about Self-relationship.
Why inner work is different.
Talk therapy helps us analyze our patterns—but insight alone doesn’t create lasting change. We learn to explain our struggles, even try to fix them from within—but the same symptoms keep showing up.
Coaching focuses on goals and mindset, often by relying on the parts of us that are already pushing and performing.
Inner work is different.
It’s not about managing or improving yourself. It’s about relating to yourself in a new way—one that creates space for real, lasting transformation.

Who is this for?
Whether you’ve been on a path of self-development for years or are just beginning to explore what could be possible.
You’re highly self-aware—but still get stuck in the same frustrating loops or reactions.
You feel disconnected from your deeper emotions, like you should be able to feel more, but can’t quite access what’s underneath.
You’re carrying a heaviness you can’t explain, even if nothing seems “wrong” on the outside.
You’re moving through life on autopilot—performing, pushing, doing what’s expected.
You’ve spent years trying to fix or improve yourself, and you’re ready for a new way.
How I Work
Parts-led. Trauma-informed. Nervous system-aware.
I’m an IFS therapy practitioner and integrative trauma specialist. The Internal Family Systems (IFS) model is at the heart of my work. This modality is built on two key truths: that we are made up of many different parts—and that every part, no matter how reactive or self-defeating it may seem, is ultimately trying to help us.
Together, we explore the parts of you that carry pain, protection, or outdated beliefs—not to fix them, but to understand them. When these parts feel truly seen and supported, they begin to soften—and deeper healing becomes possible.
To support and deepen this work, I integrate complementary frameworks:
Polyvagal Theory helps us gently regulate the nervous system, building capacity for safety and presence.
Nonviolent Communication supports the development of inner warmth, self-compassion, and healthier relational dynamics.
This is experiential, relational inner work—responsive to what’s emerging in you, but grounded in a clear and transformative process.
What I recommend for this work.
This is deep inner work. While even a single session can offer clarity and relief, transformation unfolds over time.
If you’re new to IFS, I recommend starting with four sessions to get a feel for the process. By session eight, most people are able to reflect on how the work is showing up in their daily lives. A three-month rhythm—meeting weekly—is often the sweet spot for making meaningful progress and feeling real shifts in your system.
That said, I don’t believe in rigid structures or one-size-fits-all timelines. You’re welcome to go at your own pace. You can book sessions as you go—or commit to a longer arc of work when it feels right.
And please note, I meet online only, I don’t have an office for in-person appointments.
Single Session
Pay as you go, one session at a time. There’s no need to commit to a weekly slot (unless you’d like to). This option gives you flexibility and autonomy while still supporting depth and presence when you need it.
12-Session Bundle
A cost-effective way to commit to the process. You get 12 sessions for the price of 11, and the rhythm is up to you—weekly, bi-weekly, or spaced out as needed. Ideal if you’re ready to go deeper while honoring your own pacing.

I offer a free 20-minute info session where we can explore what you’re looking for, answer any questions, and see if this work feels like a good fit—for both of us.
